Production Technique

The grapes are machine harvested with the latest Pellenc harvester technology guaranteeing that only perfect berries are picked. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel and spend 7-10 days with skin contact. Approximately half of the wine is oak-aged for at least 12 months prior to bottling.
